Used & Defective Products
There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any amount of time with any product sold by Cowboy Cordage Inc. If you think you have received a defective product, please contact our office at 800-447-6259 or send an email to email@example.com. Typically we will ask for product details (including pictures when possible) and also for the product to be returned for review (at buyers expense). We are not able to credit any merchandise or send a replacement without the original product being returned to our facility. Once the product has arrived and can be reviewed, the product will be repaired, replaced, and/or returned at our discretion. We will take in to consideration the shipping paid by the buyer to return the item at this time.
Misuse and abuse of products will result in the buyer being fully responsible for all shipping charges including returning the item and shipping the repaired/replaced item back to the buyer. Misuse and abuse of products will also result in the buyer paying for any labor and/or repairs and/or replacement items. Common misuse and abuse issues include using ropes to tow with resulting in breaking/overstretching and pulling/pushing WonPads across metal/wood racks tearing the neoprene.
