If you have ordered the wrong product, or are not happy with the purchase, products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. PRODUCTS MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION.
Products can be exchanged up to 30 days from receipt, again in new, unused condition, however a refund in the form of store credit will be issued. Customers returning or exchanging products will be responsible for the freight to return the items. Exchanges will then be sent out to the customer again, with the customer paying 1/2 price shipping ($6).
WonPads:
WonPads sold directly from us are covered by our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our pad for any reason, simply return the pad within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping, although buyer may purchase a return shipping label from Cowboy Cordage Inc.) Also, all CUSTOM BUILT PADS will incur a 20% restock fee.
Please note, not all dealers participate in our money back guarantee. If you purchased the pad from another source, please contact them for their return policy.
Used & Defective Products
There is no warranty, expressed or implied, for any amount of time with any product sold by Cowboy Cordage Inc. If you think you have received a defective product, please contact our office at 800-447-6259 or send an email to cowboycorageinc@yahoo.com. Typically we will ask for product details (including pictures when possible) and also for the product to be returned for review (at buyers expense). We are not able to credit any merchandise or send a replacement without the original product being returned to our facility. Once the product has arrived and can be reviewed, the product will be repaired, replaced, and/or returned at our discretion. We will take in to consideration the shipping paid by the buyer to return the item at this time.
Misuse and abuse of products will result in the buyer being fully responsible for all shipping charges including returning the item and shipping the repaired/replaced item back to the buyer. Misuse and abuse of products will also result in the buyer paying for any labor and/or repairs and/or replacement items. Common misuse and abuse issues include using ropes to tow with resulting in breaking/overstretching and pulling/pushing WonPads across metal/wood racks tearing the neoprene.
