The WonPad is made right here in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We use high quality, shock absorbing felt, 100% cowhide leathers, and scuba-grade neoprene to create a saddle pad that stays in place and is also easy to clean.
Trucks arrive at our warehouse regularly to keep the WonPad manufacturing process moving. Our rolls of felt, stacks of neoprene, drums of glue, and pile of leathers are cut, measured, marked, glued, sewn, branded, glued again, trimmed, and punched out to create beautiful stacks of WonPads ready for shipping to your doorstep.

Barrel Series
Our Barrel series copies our Original Series with the black felt, assorted brown wear leathers, and a smooth 4.5mm neoprene bottom, but it also has a round-skirt cut designed for barrel saddles. Size choices include 1/2″ thick felt or 1″ thick felt in a 30″ length.
At this time, custom leather colors are not available for the Barrel series pads, but custom felt colors are. Add one to the cart with your Barrel series WonPad!
Vents & Corners:
Round Skirt – One style designed to fit barrel saddles.
Regular Vent – Three vent holes straight down the spine of the pad. This is the original style and it is suitable for most horses.
Flex Vent – One 6” wither vent straight down the spine, and 4, 6” cross vents perpendicular to the spine. The flex vent is designed to allow the felt to flex more for more complex fits such as higher withers, rounder backs, etc.
WonPad Care
Follow these tips to extend the life of your WonPad:
Wash the neoprene regularly with mild soap and water, especially after a sweaty ride. Make sure to remove all soap residue from the surface before putting it up to dry, and do not lay it out in the sun. Also, never use cleaners that contain bleach or other harsh chemicals.
Avoid pulling your pad across wooden or metal racks that may catch the neoprene causing cuts and tears. Whenever possible, lift the WonPad up rather than pulling it across any surface.
Avoid pushing your pad into tight spaces, such as small trailer tackrooms, as folding or crumpling the felt may cause the surface of the felt to ball up, separate between layers, and/or separate the neoprene from the felt.
Never cut your pad. Felt is created in layers, and the edges are stitched to keep the pad intact. Cutting the pad will encourage the layers to separate.
